Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents for authority submissions, quotations, project costing etc.
  • Process payments, invoicing, employee reimbursements.
  • Follow up/collection of payment for outstanding invoices from accounts receivable
  • Provide admin clerical support to Managing Director and perform other related duties assigned


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree
  • Preferably at least 1-2 years work experience.
  • Proficient in in Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Competent fast learner who can work independently under pressure and possess good communication/interpersonal skills
